These children will make some ice cream and sell it on 'the selling day' event next week. That's why they invited an ice cream maker as well as an ice cream seller, who happens to be one of the middle school parents to show them how to make the ice cream, and sell it. This is the way the children learn at HighScope, through real materials, through real situation. Teachers give as much as exposures to them, so they have the knowledge and are ready to engage during the event.
Thank you Bapak Putu and Ibu Ade Parastuti (parents of Naraya) for giving exposures to the children, and also thank you Naraya and Ben ( 6-7 grade of SHI Bali) for your enthusiasm in supporting the children.
